"Why in the hell would you do this?" That seems to be the thought of a lot of people outside of the fetish. To be honest, likely a mix of insanity and pure pleasure. Silicone and your circulatory system are not friends and if it gets in there, your lungs won't be happy about it. Otherwise, once it's settled and in place, it's pretty chill for the most part. However, infection in the silicone area is near impossible to heal, and there's quite a few other variables that could lead to issues down the road. 

"What does it feel like?" Hard to say as every guy carries it a little differently. Even on myself, my cock is pretty soft and squishy and my sac is firmer consistency. So I guess you could say the smallest I see myself is about 5 times my current size. Which will admittedly be HUGE... but I wanna be MASSIVE. Every time I add, I'm used to the size in about two weeks after it's healed and am back to looking to the future of the size I really want to be. "What do other guys say about it?" This is pretty much a case by case basis. To put it simply, about 80% of "normal" people find it disgusting or weird. It's not a fun way to be rejected when something so important to you is appalling to someone else. But I knew that going into this and accept it as part of life. I very rarely attempt a sexual interaction with anyone outside of the silicone community. Protecting my own sanity is my top priority here, so I attempt to insulate myself from the negativity cause guys on the hookup apps can be straight up mean and then block you after making you feel completely fucked up. But, I love it and I wouldn't change it or stop growing for anyone's interpretation of it or my reasons for doing it.
